Privacy policy

When you buy a bundle, we store:

• The phone number the bundle is for. We cannot deliver without it.
• The number that paid, as reported to us by the payment provider, so we know who to contact about the payment.
• Your email address, only if you give one. It is optional and used to send you a receipt.
• The order itself — which bundle, the price, when, and whether it was delivered.

You do not need an account to buy, and we do not ask for your name, address or date of birth.

Your card number, mobile money PIN and wallet credentials never reach us. Payment details are entered on Paystack's own secure checkout. We are told only that a payment succeeded, its reference, and the paying number.

Only where it is needed to complete your order:

• Our licensed data suppliers receive the receiving number and the bundle size. They cannot deliver the data otherwise.
• Paystack processes the payment.
• Our SMS provider receives the number we text to confirm your payment and delivery.

We do not sell your information, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not give it to anyone else — unless the law requires it, or we need it to investigate a fraudulent payment.

This website carries no advertising trackers and no analytics cookies. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, and nothing following you to other sites. The only cookie this site sets is the login session for our own staff on the admin area, which does not apply to customers.

Order and payment records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and to answer questions about past purchases. We keep a limited technical log, including IP addresses, to protect the site from abuse.

We text the buyer about their own order — that payment arrived, and that the bundle was delivered. These are service messages about a purchase you made, not marketing, and we do not send promotional texts.

You can ask us what we hold about a number or an order, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it for accounting. Contact us with your order reference and we will deal with it.
