Something wrong with an order, or a question before you buy? Here is how to reach us. A real person answers — there is no ticket system to get lost in.
Before you message us about an order
Have your order reference ready — it looks like BH-XXXXXXXX and is shown at checkout and in the text we send you. With it we can find your order straight away.
If you do not have the reference, the phone number the bundle was bought for works too. You can look either up yourself on the tracking page without contacting us at all.
A bundle has not arrived
Most bundles land within a few minutes, but a network can be slow at busy times. If it has been longer than that, check the order on the tracking page first — it will say whether the order is still with the network, or whether it failed.
A failed order has not been forgotten: we send it again once the cause clears. If yours has been sitting for a while, message us with the reference and we will chase it.
