How long does delivery take?
Most bundles arrive within a few minutes of payment. At peak times a network can take longer. Your order page shows the live status and updates on its own, so you never have to keep refreshing.
What will I actually be charged?
The bundle price shown here. You approve the payment on your phone before anything is sent.
What if I entered the wrong number?
Once a bundle is delivered to a number it cannot be reversed, so check carefully before paying. We work the network out from the number and show it back to you for exactly this reason.
What happens if my payment goes through but the bundle fails?
You are refunded. We only mark an order failed once the network confirms it, and every payment is matched to exactly one order, so you are never charged twice for the same bundle.
Do the bundles expire?
Validity is set by the network, not by us, and it can differ between bundles. Check the terms for the bundle on your network before you buy if validity matters to you.
Can I buy for someone else?
Yes — that is the normal case. Enter their number as the receiving number and pay from your own wallet.
